A well known media brand wanted to get a fast indication on the resonance of a new campaign amongst the general population and amongst its brand users. They commissioned a market research consultancy, Klare Antworten GmbH, to develop a research concept to test the campaign.
Four campaign slogans were tested based upon a bespoke questionnaire developed the client. Norstat:
1. Programmed the survey
2. Tested the four slogans amongst participants
3. Delivered a live dashboard so the client could quickly
analyse and present the main findings
108 interviews were conducted over four days; 40 of which were from brand users. The results showed that the four campaigns resonated differently amongst consumers.
