When we approached Norstat, our goal was to find a trustworthy partner for a long-run project based on a large household panel. Our inquiry should have been repeated year after year using granular data.

Given that our research on shopping behavior and store loyalty was completely new from a methodological viewpoint, we needed an active collaboration with Norstat’s client service. All that meant accuracy in data collection and flexibility in combining accuracy and feasibility.

We very carefully analyzed raw data to verify the coherence of the answers. Our data refer to specific local geographical circumstances, representing a critical feature that qualifies our job contrary to much other research.
The revenue of our research grew during the last four years, so we enlarged our sample to the maximum feasible size in Italy.
