Norstat is delighted to present Norstat Quarterly Data Q1 2024, the initiative providing up-to-date, quality data on consumers’ views from 15 European countries. This marks our fifth edition of Norstat Quarterly Data, enabling you to seamlessly compare trendlines across different countries between 2024 and 2023 for a comprehensive view of evolving market dynamics.
Nikolaj Voulfsbach, who leads the Norstat Quarterly Data initiative, comments:
“Our latest survey shows that inflation is still one of the most prominent concerns across Europe. However, we do see a decrease in the level of worry about inflation from Q4 2023 to Q1 2024. Healthcare also remains a significant concern across Europe, consistently ranking high when compared to previous quarters. In Denmark, concern about healthcare decreased by 8 percentage points, from 38% in Q4 2023 to 30% in Q1 2024, but it remains a major worry. Concerns about international political conflicts have risen during this period; in Germany, they increased from 18% to 26%, and in Italy, from 14% to 20%.”

About Norstat Quarterly Data
Every quarter, Norstat publishes the results of a survey carried out in 15 countries across Europe. The country reports provide data on consumer views on three recurring themes: Society, Consumer, and Health & Wellbeing.
By tracking everything from attitudes toward online shopping and stress levels to societal concerns and levels of trust, Norstat Quarterly Data can reveal the mood in each country at a given point in time, making it easier for anyone – from decision-makers to ordinary citizens – to “feel the pulse of Europe”.
In addition to publishing individual country reports, Norstat will also collect and share all the results in an online dashboard, making it possible for anyone to compare Norstat Quarterly Data across countries and track how trends evolve.
The Norstat Quarterly Data initiative covers markets in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the UK.
