Norstat Denmark appoints Tue Meier-Poulsen as Managing Director

As of February 2016, Tue Meier-Poulsen is Managing Director of Norstat Denmark. Meier-Poulsen has several years of experience in the digital media industry.

The Norstat employees’ commitment to high quality in data collection and operational excellence is unrivalled in this industry”, says Meier-Poulsen. “I look forward to strengthen this even further and will accelerate the strong focus on developing new digital opportunities in data collection to the benefit of both customers and panel members”.

Meier-Poulsen joins from Berlingske Media, where his most recent position was Business Manager. He was responsible for subscription sales, CRM and Business Intelligence. Previous positions include Marketing Manager for Berlingske as well as Head of Marketing operations across all the Berlingske Media brands. Prior to Berlingske Media, Tue was Group Account Director at Mediacom Denmark for six years. Tue has an MBA from Henley Business School as well as a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School.

Meier-Poulsen replaces Jesper Platz as Managing Director, who has decided to leave the company. “I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Jesper for his huge contribution to the company during the last nine years”, Erling Eriksen continues. “Jesper has moved Norstat into a very good position in the Danish market and his leadership, dedication and hard work have ensured respect and loyalty amongst clients, staff and colleagues. Jesper has written himself into the history books of Norstat and he has become a true Norstat legend. We all wish Jesper the best of luck in the future.”
