With 15 years of market research experience, Raúl joins Norstat after more than three years at Bilendi, where he was a key contributor to establishing the company in Switzerland and driving new business. Previously, he spent over 11 years at Lp Marktforschung in business development and project management. At Norstat, he will focus on growing the company’s premium one-stop shop data collection offering to Swiss clients, including sample-only, full-service, and digital solutions such as Norstat Dashboards and Norstat Express.
The appointment of Raúl supports Norstat’s long-term strategy for Switzerland to provide organisations with a single partner for test user recruitment and high-quality data collection. Building on TestingTime’s sustained growth in the market, he will leverage that footprint to scale multi-method capabilities from the wider Norstat group, including online panels, CATI and qualitative recruitment, supported by continued investment in local panel capacity. Clients will also benefit from Norstat’s acquisition of Sample Solutions, which adds premium, verified B2B recruitment for access to decision-makers and niche audiences.
